Kilimanjaro Climb, Wildlife Safaris Zanzibar » Accommodations:

Arrival day, day 7, and 13: Ilboru Safari Lodge, (based on bed and breakfast):

Feel yourself at one with the African environment without compromising modern comforts. Then, imagine you are nested within a mature and colourful surrounding. You are visualizing Ilboru, where we have taken the trouble out of local tradition and the repetition out of accommodation. The result: a sanctuary that leaves you content on every level.
Rest easy. We will cover all needed details for your stay and beyond. If you have special dietary requirements or requests, we are happy to cater to your needs. If you have any handicapped requirements we will assist you. We can also give travel preparation tips or arrange transport from Kilimanjaro and Arusha Airports. Simply let us know how we can further accommodate you.

Day 1: Tloma Lodge, (based on Full board):

An exclusively petite 20 Cottage lodge situated within the Ngorongoro Highlands Area. Its brilliant positioning on the raised shoulder of a valley, offers breathtaking views over a coffee-plantation and onto the Eastern wall of the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater.

This lodge has been modelled on its “bigger brother”, the very successful Ngorongoro Farm House, only 15 minutes away.

Day 2-5: Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge, (based on Full board):

Set high on the saddle of tree-clad ridge commanding panoramic views over the endlessly rolling reaches and volcanic reefs of the Serengeti, the Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge is the ultimate fusion of traditional African architecture and world-class style. Drawing its inspiration from the circular ‘Rondavel’ dwellings and winding paths of a traditional Maasai village, the Lodge features thickly-thatched, stone-built rooms, spaciously set amongst groves of indigenous trees that are cooled by sparkling streams and papyrus-fringed ponds.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge, (based on Full board):

Perched on the jagged rim of the crater, wreathed in morning mist, camouflaged in river-stone and cloaked in indigenous creepers, the Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge is a triumph of ecological and architectural fusion. Sensitively constructed so as to take nothing from its environment whilst affording endless vistas over the heat-shimmering reaches of the crater below, the clustered boulder-built buildings of the Lodge hug the crater rim, linked by rope-lashed timber walkways that skirt the buttressed roots of ancient, liana-hung trees.

Day 8 to 12: Camping on the Mountain, (based on Full board):

There is no better way than a camping accommodation to truly experience the African night on Mt. Kilimanjaro. After the excitement of a long day trekking, you reach your campsite where another adventure begins. As night falls, the heavens come alive with millions of stars that seem so close; you could almost pluck them from the skies.

Day 14-16: Ocean Paradise Resort, (based on bed and breakfast):

Ocean Paradise is seated on Zanzibar’s gorgeous north eastern coast, with the Indian Ocean at its feet. Palm trees, sand, sun and makuti roofs shield and separate the 100 rooms and suites, each facing out towards the beckoning sea. Meals consist of everything from the essence of Zanzibar spices and aroma to the epitome of European comforts in cheeses and cold cuts. You can have it all, at Ocean Paradise. Though diving into the ocean may not be the plan of action, the huge swimming pool definitely quenches the thirst. Lazy at the side of the pool reading a book, or try out the sports rooms for some billiards or table tennis. Enjoy dinner (included in tour price).
