Arrival day: Nairobi Serena Hotel:

Day 1,2 and 3: Mara Serena:

The Serena Inn floats on the sea front of Stone Town, the old side of Zanzibar city, where the setting is marked by winding alleys and narrow pathways to mosques and shops. The hotel is built of 51 rooms and suites, with air conditioning and private balcony for each. The exotic region is marked by its affinity for spices, and there is no stopping the chefs from incorporating these sometimes potent, sometimes subtle flavours into its menu. The history, infinite cultural roots and ancient architecture are reason enough to wander this island, but feel free to take part in the dhow cruise, dolphin cruise, or cultural talks.
