Day 1: | Kampala: | Airport transfer with private vehicle and guide. Includes Flying Doctors air ambulance emergency evacuation to Kampala in the event of serious illness. Amani Afrika donates $50 per person to Support for indigenous Children program, a non-profit organization supporting which provides funds to supply food to the orphanages in Tanzania (www.sichildren.org). |

Day 2: | Windsor Lake Victoria: | transfer to the Windsor Lake Victoria for Safari briefing. Later after lunch, transfer to the Lake Victoria Shore for a speed boat to Izinga Island for a visit to the Jane Goodall Ngamba Chimpanzee Sanctuary. Return to the hotel for a welcome Dinner before overnight. |

Day 3: | Kibale Forest National park: | After breakfast, drive to Forportal via Mubende. Lunch in Forportal. After lunch drive to Kibale Forest National park. Evening nature walk and visit ecotourism sites in the area. |

Day 4: | Kibale Forest National park-Queen Elizabeth national park: | After Breakfast, game drive to Kibale Forest N/P, for primate viewing. The activity starts at 8.00 a m in the morning. Here on our guided forest walk, we may find families of chimps and red colubus monkeys swinging through the dense forest and birds, butterflies and many small insects. Return to camp for lunch. After lunch, drive to Queen Elizabeth National park. Take an evening forest walk in search of the primates among them Red Colubus monkeys, Vervet Monkeys, Red tailed, baboons and many species of birds. |

Day 5: | Bwindi Impenetrable National Park: | Departure for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park after breakfast with picnic lunch via Ishasha Road. Here we can see bushbucks, kobs, elephants, buffaloes along the road. You can try your lack to look for the rare tree climbing lions from Ishasha sector. Drive to Bwindi dinner and overnight at the Mantana Tented Camp. Evening forest walk or visit to the Batwa community for cultural performances can be arranged. |

Day 6: | Gorilla Sanctuary: | After breakfast, report at the park offices for a briefing by the ranger guides prior to the trek to find the Mountain Gorillas .Make sure you carry along with you rain jacket, drinking water, walking stick and jungle boots. The gorillas are tracked, located and after approximately one hour with them, return to camp for Lunch. After lunch, drive to Kabale a region known as the 'Switzerland of Africa' with beautiful terraced landscape and rolling hills and valleys. |

Day 7: | Lake Bunyonyi: | After breakfast, we do a boat ride inside Lake Bunyonyi to various islands inside the lake for bird viewing and sight seeing. Return to the Resort for lunch. After our lunch drive to Kisoro and cross the border. |

Day 8: | Virunga volcanoes: | After early breakfast get set to Virunga volcanoes for another trek of the Dian Fossey Mountain gorillas. There after if time allows, visit the Karisoke Research Centre where Dian Fossey spent 20 years studying gorillas. |

Day 9: | Mbarara-Kampala and beyond: | After breakfast, transfer to Mbarara for lunch at the Lakeview Hotel. Later travel to Kampala for your departure fight, arriving late evening. |
