On routes other than Marangu (which has mountain huts), we provide modern mountaineering tents with ground sheets and cold-weather sleeping mats. Large mess tents with floors hold aluminium tables and chairs with backs and arm-rests.

There is no better way than a camping safari to truly experience the African Bush. After the excitement of the trekking on this free standing mountain, you arrive to your campsite where another adventure begins while all around you the sky is emblazoned with the brilliant colours that make East African sunsets famous.
